Well, you’ve probably come to this page because you’re interested in making money from your blog and who wouldn’t be?  I’m listing below some money makers that I use and recommend, I’ll be posting reviews about all of them in more detail later this month, but for now take a trip over to them and sign-up, most of them are free, which is great Some have got affiliate links in – we all want to make a little right?

Google Adsense

A general money maker system that you will see throughout the blogosphere and on other static websites; a must for newbie bloggers as this will add to their blogs as content auto generates to the information on the page and is earned when users click on an advert.  There are a whole host of different structure of adverts that can be displayed.

LinkWorth

Linkworth is a program that brings together bloggers and advertiser with a few different mediums for advertisers to advertise on your blog – text links, banners and reviews.  They also allow you to apply the no-follow tag to text links that you display.

Commission Junction

Commission Junction has been around for quite some time.  You can choose from a number of programs from different categories to allow you to display links for affiliate programs – CJ supply the code for the banners and also identify what you’ll be paid for each click through or sale.

Clickbank

Clickbank offer a similar service as commission junction, but it has more defined products that you can promote through affiliate sales.  You can choose the products and then link to them, but not sure why they don’t supply banners to make it easier for bloggers to publish the links.

Private ad sales

For details of private ad sales for road2blogging.com, please go to the advertise page so that you can look at what I am offering on this blog.

If you’re interested in advertising for your blog then below are some of the options:

Text Links – sometimes under a heading of great sites or featured sites (always best to include the ‘no follow’ attribute though)

Banner ads – the 125×125 version is the most popular for blogs at the moment, but the traditional 468×80 banner is used a lot at the end of posts with the 250×250 ad usually used in posts.

Paid Reviews – Many bloggers offer this service on their sites and it is a great way for bloggers and website owners to get readers to visit their sites, as well as getting some back links.
