Catchy title huh? Wondering exactly what I’m on about? Well, I received an email from Stompernet – take a venture over to their website to find out how great they are why they’re the leading experts in online marketing. The email had the exact same title as the one to this post – and I wondered exactly what Andy Jenkins was on about.
The email was talking about an evolution, a Nirvana on internet marketing throughout the web world. Focusing on retaining visitors and maximising revenues – heck, who doesn’t want to do that?
So what’s gonna happen?
Most content is released by Stompernet via videos, and you can find some of their internet marketing videos through this link. I particularly like the second one, discussing ‘Click Fu’ and how visitors see your site. Stompernet does generalise about e commerce sites, and to be honest this is where I and many other people make most of their money on the internet, but if you haven’t got a site that sells products or services, have a blog, then Stompernet is a resource that should not be overlooked – as blogs do work in similar (selling) ways to static websites.
The release is set for the 3rd of January (or just before) so it should be interesting – they’ve just recently sent an email to everyone telling them about Stomper Scrutinizer – a program to help you plug the leaks in your website (or blog), maintain visitors and entice them to be ‘glued’ to your site. Once I’ve experienced this and I’ve tested it over the next few weeks I’ll let you know how it has (or hasn’t) helped.
Who are Stompernet anyhow?
Stompernet are a great resource for anyone who has an online presence. With over 8 faculty members (including Ed Dale – who runs the 30 day challenge) they have a ton of experience on promoting, running, buying and selling websites – and telling people how to maximise reader success and sales – through implementing techniques on how and what to do on your website – and blogs for that matter.
All the faculty members have years of experience too and most have become millionaires because of the internet – so listening to them I believe is key to improving visitors, conversions and sales.
I’d suggest going to their homepage and signing up for their newsletter – unfortunately you can’t join their program at the moment (which is a little annoying) – but the content they’re giving away for free (in my eyes) is just unbelievable – even if you’ve only got 2 minutes to spare, go sign up for their newsletter – not for tomorrow or next week, but to add their website to your must visit list in 2008 – regularly!
Are you in their program, or have you heard of Stompernet? I’d be interested to learn about what you have experienced and learned from Stompernet – even if it is from the free material they offer.
